This policy explains what personal information QiYuan Labs LLC ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or buy an AI Visibility Audit, and what we do with it. Questions go to hello@qiyuanlabs.ai.
What we collect
- At checkout. Your name, email address, business name and website, and billing details. Checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe handles your card details; we never see or store your full card number.
- When you write to us. Your emails, and anything you tell us about your business, such as the cities you serve.
- For the audit. Public information about your business: what AI engines say about it and what is on your website and public listings.
- On this website. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The page fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you load a page.
How we use it
- To deliver the audit, the walkthrough and the 30-day re-test, and to answer your questions.
- To keep accounting and tax records and meet other legal duties.
- To improve our questions and methods, using results in aggregated or anonymized form.
We don't use your email for marketing lists, and we don't sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to take your payment.
- AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic and Google), whose engines we test. We send them questions that include your business name, trade and city. We don't send them your email address or payment details.
- Service providers that run our email and website hosting.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for as long as tax law requires. We keep your audit data and report for up to 24 months, so we can re-test and compare, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@qiyuanlabs.ai. We reply within 30 days. Where we must keep a record by law, such as an invoice, we tell you what we keep and why. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Security
We use reputable providers, limit who can see your information, and never ask for your passwords.
Children
Our services are for businesses and aren't directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new date.
