Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy an AI Visibility Audit or a related service from QiYuan Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), through this website or a payment link we send you. By paying, you ("you", "the client") agree to them. If we agree other terms with you in writing for a specific job, those written terms win where they differ.

1. The AI Visibility Audit ($299)

• Questions and answers. We write 25 to 30 questions that customers in your trade and service area ask, and ask them on ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. We also ask each engine about your business by name.
• Website check. A read-only look at your public website: whether AI crawlers are allowed, and whether you have FAQ content, city or service-area pages, business structured data, hours and emergency service information.
• Report. A PDF report showing where you are mentioned, who is named instead, which websites the engines cite, and a fix list ordered by impact.
• Walkthrough. A call of up to 15 minutes, or a recorded walkthrough if you prefer.
• Re-test. About 30 days after delivery, we ask the same questions again and send you a short before-and-after comparison.

We deliver the report within 3 business days after you confirm your business name, website and the cities you serve (we email you to confirm these after checkout). Delays on your side extend this time.

2. Optional services

Making fixes for you (for example FAQ pages, structured data, city pages or listing clean-up) and monthly re-tests are separate services. We agree the scope and price with you in writing before starting. A monthly re-test can be cancelled at any time and ends at the close of the month already paid.

3. No guarantee of AI recommendations

AI answers change from day to day, between engines and from person to person. Nobody, including us, can make an AI engine recommend your business. The report is a snapshot of the answers we received on the dates we asked. Fixes improve the information AI engines can find about you; they don't guarantee any mention, ranking, lead or sale.

4. Public information only

The audit uses only public information: what AI engines answer and what is published on the web. We don't need your passwords and we don't log in to your accounts or change your website. AI answers can be wrong about you or about other businesses. We report what the engines said; it is not our own statement of fact about any business.

5. What you provide

• Your correct business name, website and service area, and an answer to our confirmation email.
• Confirmation that you are the business owner or are authorized to order the audit for the business.

Please never send us passwords. If you later hire us to make fixes, we'll agree a safe way to get access.

6. Payment

The audit is paid in full at checkout. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax that may apply. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

7. Refunds

• If we can't deliver your report within 3 business days of your confirmation, you may ask for a full refund of $299.
• If the audit finds nothing to fix, we say so in the report and refund the full $299.
• If you cancel before we start the audit, we refund the full $299.
• For any other refund request, email hello@qiyuanlabs.ai within 14 days of payment and tell us what went wrong. We review every request in good faith.

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with.

8. Your report

Once you've paid, the report is yours to use and share as you like. We keep our own questions, methods, tools and know-how. We keep your report confidential and won't name you as a client without your written permission. We may use results from audits in studies or examples only in an aggregated or anonymized form that doesn't identify you, as in our Phoenix study on the home page.

9. Limitation of liability

The services are provided without warranties beyond those in these terms, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue or customers.

10. General

We work as an independent contractor. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. If a dispute comes up, we'll first try to settle it by talking in good faith. Notices can be sent by email. We may update these terms; the version in force when you paid applies to that purchase.
